Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 15, 2025

TJ’s EnVision values transparency, professionalism, and fairness in all services we provide. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and service credits may be issued across all TJ’s EnVision services.

By booking or engaging with TJ’s EnVision, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

  • All payments are subject to the specific service booked.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated based on the service type, timing, and circumstances of the request.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Private Chauffeur & Transit Services (TJ’s EnVision Transit)

Booking & Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future booking if proper notice is given.

Cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: Client may receive a service credit toward a future ride (no cash refunds).

  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund or credit will be issued.

  • No-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.

Late Changes

  • Last-minute changes to pickup time, location, or duration may result in additional charges and are not eligible for refunds.

3. Real Estate Services

  • Real estate services are governed by written agreements and brokerage policies.

  • Fees paid for consultations, administrative services, or marketing costs are non-refundable once services have begun.

  • Commission-based services are subject to executed contracts and state real estate regulations.

4. Transaction Coordination (TC) Services

  • TC service fees are earned upon execution of the contract and commencement of services.

  • Once TC services begin, no refunds will be issued, regardless of transaction outcome.

  • If a transaction terminates prior to closing due to circumstances outside the TC’s control, fees remain due.

5. Payments & Processing Fees

  • Processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, Square) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method minus applicable processing fees.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered at TJ’s EnVision’s discretion in cases of:

  • Service cancellation initiated by TJ’s EnVision

  • Severe weather or unforeseen emergencies

  • Verified errors in booking or billing

Any exceptions must be approved in writing.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Clients are encouraged to contact TJ’s EnVision directly to resolve billing concerns.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of future services.

8. Service Credits

  • When applicable, refunds may be issued as service credits rather than monetary refunds.

  • Service credits must be used within 6–12 months (at TJ’s EnVision’s discretion) and are non-transferable.

9. Policy Updates

TJ’s EnVision reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
