  • Luxury private chauffeur and transportation services

  • Real estate services as a licensed Realtor

  • Transaction coordination services for real estate professionals

Services are provided primarily in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas.

2. Eligibility & Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not for any fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

3. Services & Booking

  • All services are subject to availability.

  • Bookings, quotes, schedules, and payments may be made online, by phone, or by written communication.

  • TJ’s EnVision reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at its discretion, including for safety, compliance, or policy violations.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Payments may be required in full or in part to secure services.

  • All prices, fees, and deposits are subject to change and will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, Square).

  • TJ’s EnVision does not store full payment card details.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Credits

All cancellations, refunds, and service credits are governed by the TJ’s EnVision Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Please review the Refund Policy carefully before booking services.

6. Private Chauffeur & Transit Services

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and scheduling information

  • Follow safety guidelines during transport

  • Be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles beyond normal wear

TJ’s EnVision is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Real Estate Services

  • Real estate services are provided in accordance with Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) rules and applicable brokerage agreements.

  • Commission, fees, and duties are governed by executed real estate contracts and brokerage policies.

  • TJ’s EnVision does not guarantee transaction outcomes, property values, or timelines.

8. Transaction Coordination (TC) Services

  • TC services begin upon execution of a contract and receipt of required documentation.

  • TC fees are earned upon commencement of services and are non-refundable once work begins.

  • TJ’s EnVision is not responsible for lender delays, appraisal outcomes, inspection results, or third-party performance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, branding, and design—is the property of TJ’s EnVision and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Third-Party Links & Tools

This website may include links to third-party websites or tools. TJ’s EnVision is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party platforms.
